My name is Valeria, I am Brazilian, living in Sao Paulo/Brazil.
For longer than I can remember, I've been searching for peace, but could not really find a door to it until I started meditating, with Deepak Chopra. My world then began to shift, dreams never dared to be dreamt before - I wouldn't believe they would possibly come true one day - all of a sudden turned to be my reality. I can give you an example: 3.5 years ago, right after "surrendering" to God - or the Universe, the Creator - and asking for guidance, I "heard my inner voice say: go meditate" and so I did. As I opened my cell phone to start a guided meditation, an ad popped up, about a job, in Paraty, state of Rio de Janeiro (UNESCO - World Heritage - Culture and Biodiversity), and a place I call paradise. Less than 3 months later, I was living there, at the top of a hill, surrounded by one of the most beautiful rainforests on this planet, and with the most, insanely beautiful ocean views one can ever have. I say I was living at God's place, as His guest, to be healed, and prepared for something bigger.
After 6 months, I had to leave "my paradise", and go back to my home town. The pandemic hit us 2 months later, in March, 2020. In September of that same year, once again, I was surprised by the Universe, with the most incredible present I could ever imagine, and another dream came true: I couldn't believe, but I was one of the Chopra Global Meditation students and, in February, 2021, feeling more than happy and grateful, I graduated and could feel that a new path was opening right in front of me, a path of love, light and gratitude, where I would be blessed with the opportunity of teaching meditation, as I learned from Deepak, Roger Gabriel and Chopra Global, sharing with others this blessed knowledge, and thus, promoting transformation, helping our Human Family dream a better, beautiful world of joy, love, light, and making our dream come true, by practicing meditation.
